Transportation Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a fluent Swedish speaker who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer a variety of tasks that require strong communication skills and attention to detail. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handling truck and bus related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Supporting customers with truck breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure, etc.) by creating cases in our CRM system.
- Contacting dealers/technicians or third-party services if necessary.
- De-escalating concerns and proposing solutions within set parameters.
- Answering questions about customer service, technical, and product-related matters.
- Striving for client retention and loyalty.
