Maritime Logistics Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations supervisor to join our maritime logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping operations, including voyage planning, cargo handling, and loss prevention. They will be able to communicate effectively with vessel captains, port agents, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all marine-related activities. This includes reviewing vessel pre-stowage plans, conducting regular inspections, and providing detailed reports on cargo securing and stowage practices.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of shipping operations and logistics planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are also essential.

Required qualifications include sea service on RoRo/PCTC vessels as a Deck Officer or a University degree in Maritime Studies or a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar operational role is also required.
