• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).|

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technical support specialist.|

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.|

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office365, Windows10, Windows Server). |

• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN) and troubleshooting techniques. |

• Fluency in Greek, with strong reading and writing skills. |

• Additional qualifications may be considered based on individual merit.
