About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service team as a Key Account Specialist. The successful candidate will be at the heart of our business, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders from Customers, Sales and Exports teams and Distributors through various channels (via phone and/or emails) with attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring smooth execution of the order management and accurate and timely delivery of products
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to address inventory issues and meet customer expectations

Customer Inquiries & Problem Resolution

  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels such as phone, email gathering any pertinent information regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to product shortages, damaged goods, or delayed deliveries
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

  • Coordinate with Logistics and Demand Planning teams to ensure the timely delivery of orders, to address complex customer issues and to improve the overall customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Commercial teams to stay informed about Customers' updated requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate daily reports on partially unfulfilled orders and submit them to the Sales Department for review
  • Be in charge of issuing all necessary shipment documents as per each countries' requirements
  • Receive Return Notes from the Sales team and process along with the Distribution team the according returns while issuing the necessary Credit Invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or any related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (ideally in the FMCG industry)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
