To succeed in this position, youll need to be sharp, empathetic, and ready to make a real impact. Here are some key requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or customer experience is a plus.
  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in Czech, Ukrainian, Dutch, Slovakian, or Hebrew (with solid English skills too).
  • Strong communication skills are essential, whether youre chatting or writing.
  • You should have a deep awareness of political and social situations in your region because understanding the culture is key.
  • Most importantly, you care. Empathy is your superpower.
