  • Cost Analyst Position Summary:

    Etraveli Group is a global company that specializes in tech solutions and fulfillment capabilities for online sales of flights. Our team strives to make the world smaller for our customers and bigger for our people.

    As a Cost Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payment-related costs align with partner contracts and global payment standards.

    You will be part of the Fintech department and located in Athens. Your main responsibilities will include performing weekly/monthly analysis to ensure set KPI benchmarks are met and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.

    Additionally, you will review payment provider contracts, introduce necessary controls, maintain financial models, and propose process improvements to maximize efficiency and cost benefits.

    Our ideal candidate will have approximately 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of accounting processes and financial data analysis.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform weekly/monthly analysis to ensure set KPI benchmarks are met and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
    • Review payment provider contracts and introduce necessary controls to ensure target accomplishment and cost optimization.
    • Maintain financial models for forecasting and performance evaluation, supporting month-end processes.
    • Be up-to-date with Schemes new regulations as well as Payment industry's news.
    • Review and verify Invoices & Reports, ensuring that contractual & Scheme obligations are met.
    • Monitor and report on recurring cost controls in Invoices, including areas for improvement
    • Propose new processes or tool improvements in order to maximize efficiency and cost benefits.
    • Manage large amounts of data in order to identify areas of risk and initiate ad-hoc analysis
    • Collaborate with the accounting operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date filling systems.
    • Support the on-boarding of new payment products/options as well as of new providers.
