About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Care team as a Schedule Change Travel Agent.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to customers, and resolving complex issues related to schedule changes.

As a Schedule Change Travel Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming calls and emails regarding schedule changes, ensuring that customers receive quality service and support.

Your expertise will also involve checking internal queues for schedule changes, contacting airlines to explore alternative options, and following up with customers to provide updates and resolutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.

In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate a commitment to quality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the customer service sector, native or fluent level of German, good knowledge of English, and excellent communication skills.
