Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with airlines and other stakeholders to resolve schedule changes and provide alternative flight options to customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming calls and emails regarding schedule changes;
  • Coordinating with airlines to verify availability of alternate flights or requesting refunds when necessary;
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
  • Managing flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations according to airline policies;
  • Developing and recommending process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness within the SC teams or Customer Service department as a whole.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A native/fluent level of Spanish (oral and written);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Experience in the customer service sector;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
