Job Description
The Applications and Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge industrial and technical solutions to various dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction, and Oil & Energy. This role requires executing strategic deals that drive real impact for clients and the company while understanding and matching customer requirements with innovative offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities and develop new markets
- Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery of technical projects
- Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure winning deals
- Develop strategies aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering; an MBA is considered an asset
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in industrial or technical environments with B2B sales expertise
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
- Solution-oriented approach
