About the Role:
- We are seeking a Customer Service expert who can effectively handle customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.
- You will be responsible for providing step-by-step instructions for customers on how to use their devices and troubleshooting issues when necessary.
