Product Development Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Product Development Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and eventual discontinuation. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to create and refine product offerings, as well as monitoring product performance and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, production, and sales teams to create and refine product offerings.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability to drive informed decisions for enhancements or adjustments.
  • Provide technical support and training on product features and benefits to the sales team.
  • Lead product presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the construction or aluminum industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in CAD software will be considered a plus.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
