Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Tracking and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing strong, professional relationships with all partners and demonstrating empathy at all times
- Working towards meeting targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues that they face
- Following standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong written and verbal skills in French
- Good communication skills in English
- Tech savviness
- Solution driven out of the box thinking
- An empathetic soul with the communication skills that match
- A positive and adventurous attitude
