Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Front Desk Agent/Concierge Clerk.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and queries, and acting as a brand ambassador for our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational Background: University Degree in Tourism or relevant Master's degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English language certified at Proficiency level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong people management and project coordination skills.
    • Problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
    • Analytical and attention-to-detail mindset.
    • Interpersonal communication skills and integrity.
    • EU National or Greek Resident.
