As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions, demonstrating expertise and patience.
  • Serve as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive and solution-focused tone.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to company procedures and maintain quality service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level), with excellent language skills and a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level), with proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card, ensuring eligibility to work in Greece.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
