Automation Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Quality Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software through advanced automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: You will design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and API testing, ensuring efficient and reliable execution.
  • Review and Analyze Test Results: You will review and analyze test results to identify complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with developers for quick resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and solution architects) to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Improve Automation Process: You will continuously improve the automation process by identifying gaps, increasing test coverage, and reducing manual efforts.
  • Document Test Cases and Processes: You will document test cases, processes, and results clearly for better understanding and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Automation Testing Experience: You must have 3+ years of experience in automation testing with tools such as Java, Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, and Postman.
  • Expertise in RESTful API Testing: You must have expertise in RESTful API testing and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira, and Git.
  • Familiarity with Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes or other containerization technologies is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently, handle complex challenges, and proactively contribute to the team's success.
