Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our cross-border team, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines. Your duties will include identifying and reporting inappropriate or harmful content, providing regular feedback to improve moderation practices, and staying up-to-date with community policies and trends in content moderation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a native Czech speaker with strong communication skills. Proficiency in B2-level English is also essential for clear communication within our international team. Your excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking will enable you to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with confidence. While previous experience in content moderation is advantageous, it is not essential.

Working Conditions

Our team is based on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece. You will work permanent hours with a 6-month probation period. Rotational shifts ensure full 24/7 coverage, and you will be required to work in a professional and collaborative environment.

Relocation Support

We offer a comprehensive relocation package to support your move to Greece. This includes 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival, airport pickup, and assistance with securing housing (up to EUR 350 for real estate support). We will also help with the required legal documents and processes.

Compensation & Benefits

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary with 14 monthly payments per year. You will also receive a meal allowance of EUR 85 per month, a transport allowance of EUR 65 per month, and comprehensive private health insurance. Our relocation package and benefits are designed to support your well-being and success in your new role.
