Operations Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the team's activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving personal and team performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities to achieve departmental objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to develop team members' skills.
- Handle internal and external customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to achieve cross-functional efficiencies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of GDS and other reservation systems.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Ability to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
