We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Management Consultant.

This role involves undertaking end-to-end business model transformation initiatives for clients in the financial services sector, focusing on aligning strategies with operational excellence. The successful candidate will analyze client's existing business models, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies for sustainable growth and improved efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling them to convey ideas with impact and clarity. They will also have a proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments, where their unique perspectives are valued.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of previous working experience in financial services, management consulting, or similar fields either in consultancy firm or Industry player
  • Proven experience leading transformation projects within Banks, Servicing companies, or other financial institutions
  • A sharp analytical mind, coupled with an uncanny ability to tackle complex problems head-on, transforming information into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey ideas with impact and clarity
