Customer Support Representative for Streaming TV

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers.

Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, as well as resolving customer complaints and technical problems effectively. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions accurately within our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements. Your passion for streaming services, TV shows, and movies, coupled with a customer-oriented attitude, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, account issues, and streaming functionalities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical problems effectively to enhance the user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Requirements
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the entertainment or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
