\We are looking for a qualified Credit Control Specialist to join our Financial Management Department:

- Reconciliation and monitoring of customer balances, communication with customers to collect receivables, dispute management and resolution\
- Monitoring, analyzing and improving the implementation of our Credit Policy, ensuring effective and timely debt recovery\
- Monitoring solvency and transactional behavior of debtors\
- Registration of credit limits and supporting documents/data of customers\
- Handling complex cases through negotiation to achieve successful recoveries\
- Extracting and analyzing data for monthly, quarterly and annual closings, including aging reports, bad debt provisions and estimations\
- Monitoring overdue debts\
