Job Overview:

We are seeking talented individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for online content moderation. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in reviewing and categorizing social media commercial ads, as well as reviewing and moderating business content.

This position requires great language skills, particularly in Polish and English. You will need to ensure that all information uploaded by users adheres to our guidelines based on client policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and categorize social media content according to specific guidelines.

  • Ensure user-uploaded information complies with client policies.

  • Making balanced decisions to advocate effectively for the online community.

  • Ensuring high-quality, safe experiences for both individuals and businesses.

  • Applying content policy to digital content and executing handling procedures consistently.

  • Providing customer support via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).

  • Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

  • Following company and client procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Polish.

  • Very good English knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications, and MS Office.

  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies.

  • Positive attitude and proactive approach, with a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is an advantage.
