We are seeking an experienced Tax Auditor to join our team in Athens, responsible for expanding our service line.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws.
  • Develop essential skills to deliver exceptional client services and support.
  • Lead a team of Tax Assistants and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Regularly report to management on the progress and development of work.
  • Examine all taxes applicable to a company in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data in the execution of procedures.
  • Address day-to-day issues promptly and respond efficiently to project requirements.
  • Apply technical knowledge effectively while conducting tax audits.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (MSc degree is considered an asset).
  • 3-5 years of working experience in an audit firm specializing in tax certificates.
  • Completion of the Tax seminar provided by AUEB.
  • Tax due diligence experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek languages.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Dedicated, result-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and team spirit qualities.
  • Strong technical and auditing skills.
