Project Coordinator

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator is required to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business requirements' analysis and translation into system features, as well as strong communication and documentation skills. They should also have a native command of Greek and excellent English language skills, both oral and written. Additionally, they should possess an agile mindset and be able to adapt to fast changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in discussions with stakeholders and development teams
  • Evaluate business requirements and define as-is and to-be business processes
  • Translate business needs into system features, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and track the progress of delivery
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Configure systems, test, document, and communicate results
Requirements:
  • Experience in business requirements' analysis and translation into system features
  • Communication and documentation skills that enable clarity for the development teams
  • Native Greek and strong English language skills (both oral and written)
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt to fast changes
  • Debt collection knowledge and stakeholder management are a plus
  • JIRA, Confluence & BPMN knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Understanding of data import flows and data exchange
  • Basics of data mapping are a plus
