The Lead Data Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining our enterprise data platform. This involves designing, implementing, and optimizing current and future data related solutions to address the needs of various stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain large-scale databases with high performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other team members on data initiatives to ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
  • Design, implement, monitor, and optimize data platforms/solutions to increase efficiency and automation of processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in data engineering and/or data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of writing queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers for Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL).
  • Experience with ETL tools (preferably MS SSIS) and database design.
  • Exceptional attention to quality, detail, and ability to work as part of an extended team on an agile delivery plan.
