Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the Night Auditor role. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins, responding to inquiries, and handling reservations.
  • Address guest concerns, requests, and emergencies with tact and professionalism.
  • Process invoices, disburse vendor payments, and distribute employee compensation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts promptly.
  • Verify cash drawer balances and log receipts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve any outstanding account discrepancies.
  • Promote transparency and accountability by maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
  • Support the preparation for forecasts and audits by providing timely and accurate information.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Fluent English language skills are essential; knowledge of a second foreign language may be an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office and PMS-Computer systems
