Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled German Content Moderator to join our team based in Greece. As part of our international operations, this role will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and quality of user-generated content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review and Moderation:

    You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines and legal requirements.

  • Quality Control and Assurance:

    You will assess content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with our community guidelines.

  • Flagging Inappropriate Content:

    You will identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content across various platforms (text, images, videos).

  • Reporting and Insights:

    You will provide regular reports and insights on content trends, issues, and escalations to management.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure content meets our standards.

  • Maintaining Data Integrity:

    You will ensure all content moderation is logged and tracked accurately within our internal systems.

  • Problem-Solving and Escalation:

    You will address escalated issues and work with management to improve content moderation processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with strong skills in content moderation, community management, or a similar role. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Language Skills:

    • German (C2 level) - Native or near-native fluency required for content review and communication with the team.
    • English (B2 or higher) - Good working knowledge required for internal communication and collaboration.

  • Attention to Detail:

    Ability to identify sensitive and inappropriate content quickly and accurately.

  • Analytical Skills:

    Capable of analyzing content trends and identifying potential risks.

  • Communication Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

  • Problem-Solving Ability:

    Ability to remain calm and objective when dealing with sensitive content.

  • Adaptability:

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
