Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Trade Marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective trade marketing strategies.
\

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing trade marketing activities, building on shopper insights to deliver business results. You will work closely with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer and point-of-sale levels.
\

You will be responsible for:
\

  • \
  • Developing category value development plans and presenting them to customers as business development opportunities\
  • Coordinating promotional planning and execution\
  • Working with sales teams to manage promotional activation and evaluate promotional activities\
  • Presenting business evolution and category development plans to influence customer commitment to execution\
  • Conducting market share analysis and monitoring market evolution\
  • Identifying sales opportunities and extracting and developing argumentation to support category/subcategory plans\
  • Defining assortment priorities and merchandising standards\
  • Analyzing assortment opportunities per customer and identifying and quantifying business opportunities\
  • Coordinating shopper research and understanding shopper research quantified results to incorporate them into business development planning\
  • Presenting category initiatives to sales teams\
  • Understanding category management and planogram concepts\
  • Estimating and forecasting volume targets at product/customer level\

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a related field\
  • A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in SAP would be an asset\
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills\
  • Strategic vision, ability to manage complex tasks, and project management skills\
  • Strong communication and influencing skills\
  • Fluency in English\
