A talented sales professional is required to expand our field sales presence in Greece, promoting partnerships with fleet operators and driving supply growth through strategic incentives.
About the Role- The Field Sales Representative will act as a key interface between Uber's platform and its fleet partners, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow supply in designated cities, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
- Manage partnerships with fleet operators, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing their earnings potential on our platform.
- Pitch and sell tailored incentives to unlock supply growth, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Act as a voice of the customer, capturing valuable feedback and insights from fleet operators and drivers.
- Conduct information sessions with current and prospective fleet partners, showcasing the value proposition of our platform.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns to engage with new drivers and support existing ones through the sign-up process.
- Visit markets to generate leads and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze supply conversion and engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality interactions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Engage with drivers and promote our platform at local events and promotions.
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, ideally with a background in inside or field sales.
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with a strong ability to work independently and set goals.
- Action-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and engaging with people.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to navigate fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Greek and English, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with potential for travel and flexibility.

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
