Job Title

A talented sales professional is required to expand our field sales presence in Greece, promoting partnerships with fleet operators and driving supply growth through strategic incentives.

About the Role
  • The Field Sales Representative will act as a key interface between Uber's platform and its fleet partners, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow supply in designated cities, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage partnerships with fleet operators, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing their earnings potential on our platform.
  2. Pitch and sell tailored incentives to unlock supply growth, aligning with the company's business objectives.
  3. Act as a voice of the customer, capturing valuable feedback and insights from fleet operators and drivers.
  4. Conduct information sessions with current and prospective fleet partners, showcasing the value proposition of our platform.
  5. Participate in outbound calling campaigns to engage with new drivers and support existing ones through the sign-up process.
  6. Visit markets to generate leads and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Analyze supply conversion and engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality interactions.
  9. Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive resolution.
  10. Engage with drivers and promote our platform at local events and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, ideally with a background in inside or field sales.
  • Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with a strong ability to work independently and set goals.
  • Action-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and engaging with people.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to navigate fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with potential for travel and flexibility.
