Role Purpose:
- You will provide effective support in our Commercial Department.
- To be successful, you need to work at pace and have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support Buyers with a solid understanding of the Commercial Department.
- Analyze sales data through sell-out reports.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for vendors.
- Maintain close communication with stores and sales teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules of new collections.
- Organize and maintain buying-related files.
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate merchandise reorders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail; French and Italian skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with systems like Access and SAP.
- Excellent command of English.
