Digital Commerce Specialist

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring accurate and visually appealing product listings across all digital platforms.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various teams, including content, photography, and buying departments, to bring our online storefront to life.

• Content Creation and Editing: Develop high-quality product descriptions and edit product photos to align with our brand's tone and visual identity.
• Product Management: Upload new products to the e-commerce platform, categorize, tag, and ensure visibility according to business priorities.
• Information Gathering and Verification: Collect and verify product information and images from internal or external sources for accurate listings.
• Communication and Coordination: Manage communication with freelance photographers, editors, and other collaborators to ensure timely delivery and receipt of content assets.
• Upload and Verification: Schedule uploads appropriately, verify that product listings are live, complete, and functioning correctly.
• Product Photoshoots: Coordinate product photoshoots to ensure required items are captured on time and aligned with the content calendar.
• Timeline Management: Organize upload timelines in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams; prepare and distribute assets to freelancers when necessary.
• Sample and Product Management: Ensure required samples, products, and content materials are received on time for production and upload processes.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Solid understanding of digital commerce, customer experience, and omnichannel retail.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, and spreadsheet tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, with data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a keen sense of performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Highly attuned visual/aesthetic sensibility and genuine passion for fashion and digital commerce trends.
