Transportation Expert

Czech-speaking Customer Service Representatives are required to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a case-closed manner.
- Support customers with truck and bus-related issues by identifying the root cause and providing solutions.
- De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters.
- Answer questions about product features, technical information, and general corporate matters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on contacts.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Czech language.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
- Experience working with knowledge management systems and research.
- Professional expertise in ticketing and roadside assistance is an asset.
