We are seeking a skilled Pricing Expert to join our team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, market trends, and competitive data to optimize pricing for concrete products and services.

About the Role:

This role will focus on developing and managing competitive and profitable pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics. You will conduct quantitative work to support sales teams on pricing decision making, monitor pricing performance for all products/regions, and develop reports on performance and identify opportunities for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Conducts all the quantitative work to support sales teams on pricing decision making.
  • Monitor pricing performance for all products/regions.
  • Develop scatter plots per product and sales region.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to align pricing strategies with product positioning, customer value, and organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, data management, analytics, ideally in construction or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with expertise in tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of concrete products, production processes, or industry practices is preferred.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
