As a key member of our finance team, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and update expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Process reimbursement forms in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions entered into internal databases.
  • Review and verify spreadsheets for mathematical errors.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and filings of payroll documents.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Clerk.
  • Proficiency in basic bookkeeping procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant finance regulations and laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on numerical accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
