Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarder to manage and optimize road freight import operations from Italy and Spain to Greece.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to coordinate offers, CMR documentation, arrival notices, and scheduling of deliveries and receipts.

  • Manage daily freight forwarding activities for road freight imports.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to ensure seamless transportation flows.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and carriers to ensure efficient shipment execution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily freight forwarding operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and carriers to ensure efficient shipment execution.
  3. Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal); additional knowledge of Spanish or Italian is highly valued.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
