  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the quality department to prevent quality incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Take ownership of mechanical failures and deploy preventive maintenance principles to achieve targeted KPIs
  • Ensure accurate documentation of production and technical processes
  • Participate in daily direction setting to support timely triggers definition and KPIs improvement

Our Factory operates 24x7, and the role includes Rotating Shifts. The working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off.

Key qualifications include:

  • Technical academic background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment is highly desirable
  • Passionate individuals who yearn for challenges and continuous learning opportunities
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
