Production Specialist

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and monitoring production equipment, adjusting equipment, and fixing mechanical failures to achieve targeted KPIs. You will also be responsible for ensuring documentation is properly completed and participating in daily direction setting processes to support timely triggers definition and KPIs improvement.

You will be expected to comply with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality. This includes working rotating shifts and following a 4 working days followed by 2 days off schedule.

To succeed in this role, you will need a technical academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Previous working experience in an industrial environment is a plus. Fluency in English (verbal & written) is also required. Additionally, completion of military obligations (if applicable) is necessary.
