Business Intelligence Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Tableau. The successful candidate will have experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and report design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and be able to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Develop robust and scalable reporting solutions with a strong focus on data modeling and best practices in DAX and report design.
  • Leverage Power BI Premium, Azure Services, and Tableau.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for BI deliverables within the project, from requirement gathering and design to implementation, documentation, and performance tuning.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization.
  • Data Modeling: Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic model design for self-service BI and governed datasets.
  • Project Execution: Capable of owning BI workstreams from requirement gathering to delivery and documentation.
  • Effective communicator able to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present results.
