What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CX initiatives across key accounts.
  • Translate business goals into actionable CRM and customer journey strategies.
  • Assess CRM ecosystems (data flows, tech stack, segmentation, consent management) to spot opportunities and gaps.
  • Design and implement omnichannel journeys across email, web, mobile, and in-store experiences.
  • Drive performance through personalization, A/B testing, and lifecycle automations.
  • Act as a client advisor, aligning teams (data, tech, marketing) and communicating clearly across touchpoints.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and help grow existing accounts.

Requirements

Your Superpowers :

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer journeys, or digital marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
  • Solid grasp of marketing data flows, KPIs, and platform integrations.
  • Comfortable with SQL and customer data platforms.
  • Clear communicator in Greek and English, with a consulting mindset.
  • Agile team experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with loyalty programs or CRM maturity assessments.
  • Salesforce MC Admin certification.
  • Exposure to GA, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar analytics tools.
  • Background in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
