We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Service Professional to join our team in Greece. As part of this role, you will provide technical support and preventive maintenance services while contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance, handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for medical devices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service activities, complaint handling, and field reports.
  • Provide technical training and support to biomedical engineers and clinical users.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to promote service contracts and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for service-related growth during customer visits.
  • Participate in technical training, share best practices, and support colleagues regionally.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in field service roles within the medical technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and service documentation; remote support experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and occasionally within the region; valid driver's license.
