About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking candidate who can communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).

  • The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall support process.
Key Responsibilities

As a customer support professional, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and efficient support for product- or service-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
