Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and feedback comprehensively in the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay updated on search engine trends and best practices to deliver informed support.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in customer service and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of search engines and SEO concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
