Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our Customer Experts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services in Urdu via inbound calls, emails or chatting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Urdu (C1+ level) and good knowledge of Greek and English (B2+ level). You will also possess exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills. If you are a resourceful, able to multitask and willing to adapt to changes, this may be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support services in Urdu via inbound calls, emails or chatting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients, proactively responding to customer queries that focus on all aspects of the customer experience.
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry and use software programs.
  • Research skills to analyze problems, then drive e-mail to resolution and troubleshoot customer problems.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Urdu (C1+ level)
  • Good Greek and English knowledge (B2+ level)
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Resourceful, able in multitasking
  • Willing and able to adapt to changes
