Middle Office Analyst Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Middle Office Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of investment orders, capturing relevant details in our system, and monitoring the completion of settlement processes.

  • Monitor and confirm the routing for execution and actual execution of investment orders.
  • Capture and verify investment orders execution details in our system.
  • Verify the correct depiction of settlements in clients' portfolios.
  • Monitor investment portfolios valuation process and performance calculation.
  • Calculate management and performance fees.
  • Perform various reconciliations.
  • Prepare analysis and reports on investment portfolios holdings and performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Any relevant professional experience is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with investment products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
