Greek Customer Service Representatives

We are seeking candidates who have at least one year of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Allianz clients through various channels. This includes resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about products and services offered by the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Providing product information and explaining policies to customers
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to improve overall satisfaction
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in insurance industry is an asset
  • Certification as Insurance Broker (optional)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
