We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Ambassador to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to passengers from all over the world.
- Responsibilities include responding to customer requests through multiple communication channels, entering customer information into our system, explaining rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights, processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors, and explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket.
In addition to your technical skills, we value strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Required Skills:- High level of fluency in French
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
