Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer service database.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and escalate customer complaints following company policies, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • SLA Management: Ensure all support calls and emails are managed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues effectively, providing recommendations and solutions for common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher education.
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
Benefits:
  • Relocation Package: Relocation package including accommodation in a nearby hotel for 3 weeks.
  • Accommodation Support: 300 accommodation support for candidates relocating from abroad (with the first payment).
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract if working from the office, or possibility of remote work from anywhere in Greece on 6-monthly contracts.
  • Insurance: Private health and life insurance.
  • Salary: Competitive gross monthly salary (1,500 EUR per 14 months).
  • Bonus: Performance bonus.
  • Leave: 25 days of annual leave.
  • Working Hours: Regular working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible Working Model: Flexible working model with remote options available in Greece if applied before October 12th.
