\Διαχείριση Εισερχόμενων Κλήσεων: Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα διαχειριστούν τις εισερχόμενες κλήσεις του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου. Στόχος: Η άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και η κατανόηση των αιτημάτων των πελατών μας.
\Οργανισμός: Ο/Η υποστηρικτής θα πρέπει να διαθέτει επαγγελματισμό, ευθύνη, προσανατολισμό στην υπηρεσία πελατών και γνώσεις της γλώσσας.Κάποιες από τις απαιτήσεις είναι: Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων που επιλύονται οι χώροι που συχνάζουν,
