Η εταιρεία αναζητά για την κατάσταση της Financial Planning & Reporting Controller, έναν έμπειρο και δυναμικό επικεφαλής.

Αρμοδιότητες
  • Δημιουργία και επίβλεψη του χρηματοοικονομικού προγραμματισμού, προβλέψεων και αναλύσεων.
  • Προετοιμασία εσωτερικών εκθέσεων για την εκτελεστική ηγεσία και υποστήριξη λήψης αποφάσεων.
  • Επίβλεψη διαδικασίας προϋπολογισμού και παρακολούθηση πραγματικών αποκλίσεων έναντι προϋπολογισμού.
  • Συνεργασία με τμήματα για προετοιμασία προϋπολογισμών και ενοποίηση σε συνολικό εταιρικό προϋπολογισμό.
  • Έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση αποδοτικότητας κόστους κάθε τμήματος, με βάση το ποσοστό χρηματοοικονομικών πόρων που καταναλώνεται.
  • Διαχείριση κοστολόγησης, προσδιορισμός περιθωρίου κέρδους προϊόντων και διαχείριση τιμοκαταλόγου.
  • Έλεγχος κεφαλαιουχικών εξόδων και λειτουργικών εξόδων.
  • Διαχείριση ταμειακών ροών και παγίων, έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση απόδοσης επενδύσεων (ROI).
  • Διαχείριση προμηθευτών και πιστώσεων, καθώς και συμμορφωση στοιχειων και αναφορων επι του εταιρικου λογισμικου.
Υποχρεώσεις
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στα Χρηματοοικονομικά ή αντίστοιχο κλάδο.
  • 5+ έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε φαρμακευτική εταιρεία.
  • Άριστη γνώση SEN & ERP Συστημάτων.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Αναλυτική και μεθοδική σκέψη.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
