Expert Financial Strategist

As a strategic business partner, you will play a vital role in helping us make informed decisions by providing accurate and timely financial analysis. Your expertise will be invaluable as you monitor and analyze our organizational performance against key indicators and business objectives.

Through this position, you will work closely with C-level stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic decision making. You will also have ownership of effective and efficient monitoring and reporting of our financial performance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, comparing, and analyzing performance results against budget for the company and each business line separately
• Preparing and presenting complex financial analysis by combining financial and operational data
• Investigating potential variances and interpreting financial information to management while recommending further courses of action
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Providing in-depth information to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Contributing to the creation of the annual business plan
• Suggesting process improvement and policy development initiatives for monitoring and reporting financial performance
• Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in business planning, performance monitoring, and financial analysis
• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics degree or equivalent – MBA will be considered a plus
• Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and MS Office skills
• Experience in establishing and developing performance monitoring tools and reports for different audiences
• Ability to interpret, disseminate, and present information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong collaborative interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to dig into numbers to provide key insights
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines
