The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the gym area, ensuring it is safe, clean, and organized at all times. This will involve monitoring members' techniques and training practices, offering real-time guidance, form correction, and exercise modifications as needed.

Additionally, the candidate will assist members with exercise selection, program adjustments, and progressive overload strategies. They will also provide expert advice on strength and cardiovascular training, recovery strategies, and injury prevention to support safe and efficient exercise.

The role will require collaboration with other trainers and associates to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding member experience.
